These are some examples of work that I have done while in the employment of Exemplar:

1: One page document explaining the Exemplar Healthcare Partnership Organization and it's sister companies under the Exemplar Family of Companies.

2: Single sided 1 page flyer to introduce the 2021 Prescription Drug Plan for Exemplar Health. Plan is no longer available.

3: ECHO Flyer - introduced the Exemplar Centralized Healthcare Orientation for members of Exemplar's Commercial Health insurance. I designed the entire program including voice prompts.

4: Amino 1 pager - Introduced Exemplar Commercial Insurance to the Amino service

5: Exemplar Newsletter December 2019. Sample of monthly newsletter design and content.
